Real Estate consulting firm PWC and the Urban Land Institute identified six boom towns in a report that was published late last year titled 2021 Emerging Trends in Real Estate. Highlights in the report include:
Boom Markets
Metro areas that have less exposure to the industries most affected by COVID-19 and are also affordable markets with pro-growth governments — markets with high demand and rapid price appreciation.
New Boom Towns
Markets attracting far more than their share of smart, young workers that were also starting to recover by the end of 2020.
