Mira Vista Heights is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes. Western and Easter sections were build at different times and are connected via Cambridge Drive. The Eastern section was built in the 1970s and 1980s; homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2 to 2-1/2 baths and range from approximately 1,300 to 2,500 sqft. of interior living space. The Western section was built circa 2002-2010; homes have 4 to 7 bedrooms with 3 to 4-1/2 baths and range from approximately 2,200 to 3,600 sqft. of interior living space.
Mira Vista Hills Park is located within the Eastern section of the neighborhood. Portions of the neighborhood border the Conta Loma Regional Park.
Access to the Mira Vista Heights neighborhood is from James Donlon Boulevard onto Pintail Drive, Hummingbird Drive, Silverado Drive, Gentrytown Drive or Silverado Drive.
