The La Marguerita-Souders Tract [1] has been variously known as Busnell Avenue Tract, Dos Robles Park Tract, La Senda Tract, Marguerita Tract and Souders Tract.
Residential development in the La Marguerita-Souders Tract occurred in two phases beginning about 1900 through the 1920s.
Homes built during the first phase tended to incorporate Victorian and Craftsman styles, while the homes in the later phase were Craftsman Bungalows, Spanish Colonial Revival and Tudor Revival style homes.
