The more than 600 Bradley Boulevard Apartments were built to accommodate World War II veterans and their families. In the 1970s-1980s Holladay Corporation transformed those apartments into approximately 400 townhomes and the development became known as Kenwood Forest I and Kenwood Forest II. Homes include studio and 1 bedroom garden-style condominiums in addition to 3 and 4 bedroom, 3-level townhomes.
