In the McKinley neighborhood one finds homes built circa 1895 through the 1970s. Median age is circa 1949. Semi-detached (twins) are roughly 20 percent of the homes with 80 percent being detached singles. Twins are found primarily along Tulpehocken and Cadwalader. Interior living space ranges from less than 1,000 sqft. to 3,000 sq. ft with a median of approximately 1,500 sqft.
