Kincaid-Howard House

The Campbell County Courthouse and administrative offices are located at 570 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN 37757; phone: 423-562-2526.

The county was created in 1806 from parts of Anderson and Claiborne counties. It was named for Arthur Campbell [1743-1811], a member of the Virginia House of Burgesses, the first body of elected representatives in North America.
