Eastern Hills is a residential subdivision of approximately 70 detached, single family homes. Many of the homes (especially those on Cherokee Trail and Eastern Hills Drive) were built in the 1950s. Scattered throughout the neighborhood are homes that were built as early as the 1940s and as recently as 2016.
Access to the Eastern Hills neighborhood is from Madison Street (Route 41) to Tanglewood Drive to Audubon Woods Road.
