The Shores is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes bordering the Brazos River and built during the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Homes range from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,000 sqft. of interior living space.
Access to the Shores neighborhood is from Highway 377 East onto Shore Drive.
