Ruby Ranch is a gated, residential subdivision of approximately 50 homes built circa 1980-2010. The subdivision has its own equestrian center with barn for horse boarding, riding arena, tack room, feed room and indoor stalls.
Typical homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms and range from approximately 3,000 to more than 12,000 sqft. of interior living space.
Access to the Ruby Ranch development is from Blue River Parkway (Route 9) onto Ruby Ranch Road.
