The Hills at Rivington is a townhome and condo flats community built circa 2007-2008. Typical townhomes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and range from approximately 1,600 to 2,500 sqft. of interior living space. Condos range from approximately 1,200 to 1,500 sqft. of interior living space. The development was not completed. The initial developer, WCI Communities, went bankrupt. The property was purchased by Toll Brothers in 2010. Toll Brothers plans to begin developing the remainder of the community beginning sometime in 2011.
Access to the Hills at Rivington is from Reserve Road onto Rivington Way or Warrington Round.
