While homes built in the 1920s and 1940s are found in the neighborhood, the vast majority of residences were constructed during the 1950s and 1960s. Interior living space varies from less than 1,000 to more nearly 3,000 square feet.
The neighborhood is generally bounded by Kenwood Drive (East and West), New Cut Road, Palatka Road and Southside Drive.
