Colony Hills is a local historic district of 27 homes built primarily from 1922 through the early 1950s. Architectural home styles are primarily Colonial Revival and Tudor.
The Colony Hills subdivision was designed by the Olmsted Brothers' landscape architecture firm of Brookline, Massachusetts.
