University Park is a subdivision of detached, single family residences with homes that were built from the 1940s through the early 1980s. Most of homes were built in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Most of the homes appear to be 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths ranging from approximately 2,000-3,000 sqft. of interior living space. The name derives from the location, which is directly across from the Rider University Campus.
Entry into the neighborhood is from Lawrenceville Road (Route 206) onto Vanderveer Drive.
The subdivision is framed by Greenacres Country Club to the north, and Turtleback Park to the south.
