Presidential Estates
Located near Swan Lake, Presidential Estates is a residential community of "vacation ranch-style" single family homes built circa 1980s. Managed by a homeowners association, community amenities include a Cabana Pool House, heated swimming pool, playground and tennis courts.
Access to the Presidential Estates neighborhood is from Stanton Corner Road (Route 74) onto Post Road.
Since the 1880's the Swan Lake area has been noted for its hotel and tourist industry. Many of the local farm girls found jobs there in the early 1900's. The lake has always had an abundance of fish and brings sportsmen into the area. [Town of Liberty, www.townofliberty.org, accessed May, 2011]
