The Greenbriar neighborhoods generally refer to the developments built off of Greenbriar Drive. Two main sections of detached singes were built primarily during the 1980s (south of Greenbriar Drive) and the 1990s (north of Greenbriar Drive); median lot size is approximately 1/4 of an acre. Several sections of townhomes were built circa 1999-2003.
Access to the Greenbriar neighborhoods is from Warren Street onto Greenbriar Drive.
