Castlewood is a residential development of detached, single family homes tucked into the southeast corner of the City. Homes were built primarily in two phases, circa 1992 and circa 2003. Lots range from two-thirds to about 1.25 acres with a median of approximately three-quarters of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,500 to more than 3,600 sqft. with a median of approximately 2,900 sqft. Entry into the neighborhood is from Glen Road onto Kings Way.
