Twins: median lot size is approximately 0.1 acre; median interior living space is approximately 1,600 sqft. The twins are located primarily on Brighten Court, Burnish Court, and Sterling Drive.

Detached: Lot sizes range from 0.13 to approximately 0.6 acres, with a median of approximately 0.2 acres. Interior living space ranges from 1,400 to more than 2,500 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,900 sqft. The detached homes are located primarily on Deerfield Circle, Gentry Drive, Noble Drive, and Sterling Drive.
