Leopard Lakes is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built in the 1950s. Typical homes have 4 to 5 bedrooms with 3 to 5 baths and range from 2,400 to more than 6,000 sqft. Lots range from approximately 1.1 to 1.6 acres.

Access to the Leopard Lakes neighborhood is from Newtown Road onto Spring Hill Lane.

In 1953 [1] a construction firm started to develop Leopard Lake as a real estate venture at Sugartown and Newtown roads, in Easttown Township, on what was formerly the Humbert Powell estate. It included 37 ranch-type and two-story houses, an eight-acre lake named after the village close by, and a four acre recreational area.
