Mixed use borough neighborhood, largely residential, with the majority of homes built during the first half of the 19th century. Homes are mostly detached, single family with a number of twins primarily along Beech Street. Typical homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 of an acre.
Rosedale is that portion of the Borough generally bounded by North Kern Street, Mulberry Street, Winding Road and East High Street (see map).
