There is some misunderstanding and confusion concerning the townhomes in this subdivision as to the names and boundaries of the neighborhoods, Harmony Towne and the adjacent Fairlawn Court.
Hamony Towne is a residential development of 28 of the townhomes (902-953 Dogwood Court) were built circa 1977-1982. These units have 3 bedrooms and approximately 1,500 sqft. of living space. Access to this original "section" is from Bridge Road (Route 113) via Mary Ellen Lane onto Dogwood Lane.
There is often some confusion among real estate marketing as to the name of the subdivision. In the late 1990s, a new subdivision was built, continuing along Dogwood Lane (and branching onto additional streets. That subdivision was platted by THP Properties as Fairlawn Court.
