Nob Hill is a Boro neighborhood of 19th-20th cemtury twins and townhomes. 2001-2005 saw numerous extensive renovations plus new construction infill townhomes as well.
More than a third of the homes appear to be circa 1875-1905. Interior living space for all neighborhood homes (old and newer) ranges from less than 1,200 sqft. to more than 3,000 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,800 sqft.
Cedar Avenue and Merion Avenue are accessible from Ford Street and run parallel to Front Street.
