The Reserve at Lafayette Hill is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built from 1995-2000. Median age is circa 1998. We believe an unknown developer began building in 1995 but by 1997 the subdivision appears to have been taken-over and completed by Pulte. The development is in the Colonial Public School District.
Builder models were 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths with basement and 2-car garage. An optional 5th bedroom was offered in the Sussex model. Other offered options included screened porch, playroom, additional walk-in-closets, and master sitting room. Front elevations were offered in stucco, stone or brick.
Each model was offered in 3 variations with interior living space ranging from approximately 2,300 to more than 3,300 sqft. Median interior living space is approximately 3,000 sqft. Median lot size is approximately one-third of an acre.
Entry into the subdivision is from Harts Lane onto Cherrydale Drive.
