Oxford of Blue Bell is a subdivision of condominiums (800-950 sqft.) and townhomes (1,200-2,200 sqft.) built circa 1980 as rental units. Units range from 1-bedroom, apartment-style garden homes to 3-story townhomes. Beginning in 2006 the units began conversion to condominium ownership. The development is spread over more than 40 acres and includes swimming, tennis, walking trail, clubhouse, fitness center and children's playground.
