Sun Valley
Sun Valley is a Philadelphia City residential neighborhood comprised of approximately 150 homes the majority of which are detachedsingles. The neighborhood includes a small number twin townhomes. While a number of homes date from the first half of the 20th century, the majority were built in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
