Winnisimet Farms is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1970s and 1980s with some homes from the 1990s and 2000s. Typical homes have 2 to 5 bedrooms with 2 to 3 baths and range from approximately 1,900 to more than 5,500 sqft. of interior living space. Some of the properties back to the Sakonnet River.
Access to the Winnisimet Farms neighborhood is from Main Road (Route 77) onto Indian Point Road.
