Westmoreland Hills is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily from the 1930s through the 1960s.
The resale price for some of the homes began slowly creeping above $1-million as early as 1997 and in succeeding years an increasing number of residences sold for more than six figures. In 2023 the median sold price was $1.8-million with one home on Abingdon Road selling for more than $8-million. This set a record high price which remains so far (April, 2024).
