Wynbrooke is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes. Construction began about 2006. There are homes in this subdivision built by both KB Home and M/I Homes. Homes range from approximately 2,700 to 3,700 sqft. of interior living space. Lot sizes range from approximately one-half to three-quarters of an acre.
Access to the Wynbrooke neighborhood is from Strickland Road onto Allsbrooke Drive.
