The Crossings at Hamilton Station is a community comprised of townhomes, apartment-style condominiums and rental apartments. The development is within walking distance of the Hamilton Train Station (Amtrak/SEPTA). Construction began in the Spring of 2011. Plans call for a total of 256 townhomes and 161 condos. Townhomes have 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, 1 car garages and approximately 1,700 sqft. of interior living space. Condos have 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and approximately 1,200 sqft. of interior living space.

Community amenities include a clubhouse with swimming pool for condo and townhome owners and a separate clubhouse with swimming pool for apartment renters.

Access to the Crossings at Hamilton Station neighborhood is from American Metro Boulevard onto Dakota Lane, Adirondack Boulevard or Grand Central Drive.
