Sunset Terrace (also known as Sunset Park) is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1920s and 1930s. Newer, replacement and infill homes have been built as recently as 2009.
The Sunset Terrace neighborhood is generally bounded by Hazel Boulevard, Peoria Avenue South, 31st Street East and Cincinnati Avenue South.
