Trevose Heights is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily circa 1925 to the 1960s. Some later-built homes are found throughout the area. Median age is circa 1950.

Interior living space ranges from less than 1,000 to more than 2,000 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,500 sqft. Lot sizes range from one-twentieth to one-half of an acre with a median of approximately one-fifth of an acre.

The neighborhood is located off Brownsville Road south of East Bristol Road. Elmwood Avenue and East Myrtle Avenue run through from Brownsville to Bridgetown Pike (Route 213).
