Creekwood is a residential neighborhood that developed over a quarter of a century from the 1950s through the 1970s. The 75 or so detached, single family homes include ranches, split levels, bi-levels and colonials. Home sizes vary from about 1,300 to more than 3,000 sqft. Median size is approximately 1,800 sqft. The median lot size is approximately 2/5ths of an acre.

Access to the Creekwood neighborhood is from Buck Road (Route 532) onto Creekwood Drive, Westbrook Road which connect via Richland Road. Sharp Lane is a cul-de-sac of half a dozen parcels.
