100 Acre Woods is a residential subdivision of approximately 350 homes (100 twins; 250 townhomes) built circa 1987. A majority of the homes were built by Frank Kelly. Homes on Old Mill Lane and Parkview Circle are often considered part of 100 Acre Woods. However, they were built as a separate subdivision named Tzimber RIdge.

Median interior living space is 1,950 sqft. Many of the units have 4 bedrooms and 2‑1/2 baths.

Access to the 100 Acre Woods neighborhood is from Saint Leonards Road onto Timber Drive North or Timber Drive South.
