Kimberbrae is a residential subdivision of approximately 50 detached, single family homes built circa 1990-1994 by George Harlan. The development straddles the line separating West Vincent and East Pikeland townships.

Some residents use Kimberton (19442, nearby, non-delivery Post Office) as their mailing address; others use Phoenixville, 19460.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,500-3,700 sq. ft with a median of approximately 3,000 sqft. Lot sizes range from one-half to more than one and one-quarter acres with a median of approximately four-fifths of an acre.

Access to the Kimberbrae East neighborhood is from Hares Hill Road (East Pikeland Twp) or Pughtown Road (West Vincent Twp) onto Kimberbrae Drive.
