Meadow Crest is a residential subdivision of about 20 detached, single family homes built from 1986 to 1996. Homes have 3 to 6 bedrooms, 2-1/2 to 4-1/2 baths and 2,300 to more than 5,500 sqft. of living space. Lots range from approximately 2-1/4 to 5-1/2 acres.
The neighborhood was build around a 1786 farm house which remains as a 10-1/2 acre zoned farm property.
Access to the Meadow Crest neighborhood is from Hares Hill Road onto Meadow Crest Drive.
