Llanwelyn Gardens is a subdivision of approximately 20 primarily single family homes (detached and twin townhomes) built circa 1930s-1960s. The neighborhood includes about a dozen two-family residences. Homes range from approximately 1,100 to 2,000 sqft.
Llanwelyn Gardens is comprised of those homes along the North side of Elmwood Avenue between East Ashland Avenue and Primos Avenue.
