Woolman Lake (also known as Lake View and/or Lakeview) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s surrounding Woolman Lake Park. Median age is circa 1962.
The park contains 3 lakes: Woolman, Buttonwood, and Upper Lake. Homes range from 1,000 to 2,000 sqft. of interior living space. Median lot size is approximately 1/4 acre. About half the homes have garages; most have full basements.
