Original farm begun by Agnes and Samuel Hillborn; the area at the time was called Woodside. Currently operated by 2nd and 3rd generation descendants of Charles and Ann Stewart who purchased the farm from the Hillborns.

Bucks County Co-operative extension provides the following list of items available from Charlann Farm: Asparagus, rhubarb, sweet corn, strawberries, peas, tomatoes, peppers, cantaloupes, beets, eggplant, pumpkins, string beans, spinach, zucchini, cabbage, lettuce, flowers, garland, vegetable plants, Christmas trees, gourds, bedding flowers, wreaths, hay, straw, Indian corn, hanging baskets.

Farm is located off Stony Hill Road between Route 1 underpass and Big Oak Road.
