Wychwood Glenn is a limited-access subdivision of 22 single family residences built by Anthony Del Vecchio Associates circa 1988.

Access to the Wychwood Glen neighborhood is from Bridgetown Pike eastbound, across from the 1,200-acre Core Creek County Park.

Following is an excerpt from the developer's original sales packet: "Nestled in the woods amid the rolling hillside to Bucks County's Core Creek Park, Wychwood Glen boasts the beauty of classic country homes steeped in the history of Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The land on which Wychwood Glenn now stands was first occupied by the Longshore Family in 1793. In the early 1900's, new owners developed the land into a thriving dairy farm where one of Bucks County's largest barns once stood. Remnants of the barn can still be found on this site today. ... Wychwood Glenn is a select community of single family homes, each located on its own private, oversized wooded lot.
