Buckland Valley Farms is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built from the late 1950s through the early 1980s. Median age is circa 1970. Homes were built by some of Bucks County's most respected builders, including David Knipe, Furman Lex and George Parry, among others. Median lot size is slightly less than 3/4 acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,600 to more than 4,600 sqft. with a median of about 2,800 sqft.

Some properties, (along Bailey, Kudra and Jericho Run) back to the historic Delaware Canal.

Access to the Buckland Valley Farms neighborhood is from Taylorsville Road onto Jonathan Way or Baily Drive; also, from River Road (Route 32) onto Jonathan Way.
