Heritage Hills is a residential subdivision of 2, 3 and 4 level townhomes and condominiums built from 1987 to 1997; many units have distance and/or wooded views.

Heritage Hills consists of approximately 275 residences ... situated on 90 acres of wooded, rolling hills with 54 acres of permanent open space. Interior living space ranges from between 1,500 and 4,200 sqft. with a median of 2,500 sqft.

The original phase (Ashburton, Brighton, Gladstone, Hamilton, Manchester models) was introduced in 1987 by Patrick T Frawley and Associates. Many of these early units included detached, 1-car garage.

In the 1990s K. Hovnanian Companies took over the development and introduced new designs and models (Canterbury, Concord, Greenbriar, Hawthorne, Lexington, Rosewood, Williamsburg.

The community has an outdoor swimming pool, cabana and tennis courts.

Location: Woodhill and Taylorsville Roads. Entry into the subdivision is from Taylorsville Road onto Heritage Hills Drive, or Woodhill Road onto Sentinel Road.

Heritage Hills is approximately 1 mile from the Washington Crossing State Park Headquarters which borders the crossing's embarkation point.
