Approximately 140 detached singles were built in two phases (East & West; they were marketed as The Ridings at Warrington Hunt. Models included: Barrymore, Camelot, Chadbourne, Chesterfield, Danbridge, Devon, Dunhill, Edgewood, Farmington, and Liberty. Lot sizes range from 1/3rd to 1/2 acre with a median of 0.36 acres. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,600 sqft. to more than 3,300 sqft. with a median of approximately, 3,000 sqft.

Access to the Warrington Hunt neighborhood is from Folly Road onto Pointer Court or Heron Way; Bradley Rd onto Barton Ln; County Line Rd onto Kulp Rd East.
