Windrush at Woodfield is a community of townhomes built circa 1996 by Katz/Swerdlogg Properties (Mayfield Cir and Rockcress Dr) and circa 1998 by Orleans (Sweetbriar Dr). The Orleans-built units are alternatively known as 'The Courts at Woodfield.' Windrush townhomes were built contemporaneously with Woodfield Estates, an adjoining subdivision of detached, single family homes.

Original builder models ranged from approximately 1,600 to 2,300 sq, ft. with a median of approximately 2,100 sqft.

Access to the Windrush neighborhood is from Turkey Trot Rd onto Rockcress Dr.
