Newtown Estates is essentially the whole of Taylor Ave and parts of Norwood Avenue in Newtown Township, just outside the Newtown Borough limits. The center of the borough (State and Washington Streets) is a walk of approximately 10 blocks. The boundaries of the Boroough historic district is even closer. Access tp the Newtown Estates neighborhood is onto Taylor Avenue or Norwood Avenue is from Sterling Street along the Borough line.
