Stonybrook is a Levittown residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built by William Levitt circa 1952. Most of Stonybrook lies in Bristol Township with part of about half-a-dozen streets lying within the Tullytown Boro limits.

Access to the Stonybrook neighborhood is from Levittown Parkway onto Sexton Lane or Spur Lane; from Mill Creek Road onto Stem Lane. Access is available from Kenwood via South Lane, from Farmbrook via Short Lane, and from Greenbrook via Scholar Lane.
