Elderberry (also known as Elderberry Pond) is a residential subdivision of primarily cape cod style homes with some detached, single family homes. This section was built circa 1952 by William Levitt. Neighborhood includes some Ranches and Cape Cods. As with other 1950s neighborhoods, while many of the homes retain their original dimenstions others have been expanded or otherwise modified over the decades.

Median lot size is just under one-tenth of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,250 sqft.

Access to the Elderberry neighborhood is from Mill Creek Road onto Elderberry Drive or, from Birch Drive in the Birch Valley section of Levittown onto Exit Lane. Access to North Park's Northpark Drive is available from Elderberry Drive via Elves Lane.
