Holly Hill is a Levittown residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1953 by William Levitt.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,100 to more than 2,000 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,450 sqft. Median lot size is approximately 0.17 acre.

Access to the Holly Hill neighborhood is from Levittown Parkway onto Holly Turn or Holly Way; from New Falls Road onto Holly Drive. Access is available from neighboring Appletree via Appletree Way and from Crabtree Hollow via Holly Pass.

Public school students attend George Washington Elementary, Armstrong Middle, and Bristol Senior High.

Black Ditch Creek forms a boundary separating Holly Hill and Crabtree Hollow to the east.

Bolton Mansion (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) is located in the neighborhood, on Holly Drive.
