We have not yet found an official name for this section of the borough, so we christened it "Fragrance" in summary of the street names. This is an area of approximately 40 to 50, detached single family homes that were built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s, although some earlier and later residences are also found here. Lot sizes range from approximately one-third to four-fifths of an acre with a median of slightly less than one-half acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to 2,400 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,500 sqft.
The neighborhood is bounded by Moyer Ave to the west, Bristol Road to the east, and East Butler Avenue (Route 202) to the north. Enter from Moyer Road or Bristol Road onto Hibiscus Drive.
