Golfview is a residential subdivision of 2 cul-de-sac neighborhoods with a mix of colonial, cape and ranch style homes built in the 1950s and 1950s. It borders the northwest bounday of the Doylestown Country Club. Typical homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms with 2 to 3-1/2 baths. Lot sizes range from 1/2 to 1 full acre. Most of the homes have 2-car garages and full basements.

Access to the Golfview neighborhood is from Green Street onto Hillendale Drive or from East Ashland Avenue onto Golfview Road.
