Morgan Hill is a residential subdivision of 26 luxury townhomes built by Elliott Building Group circa 2004. There are 7 physical buildings, six with 4 townhomes per structure and one twin (2 units). Therefore, there are effectively 14 "end units" and 12 interior units. Sixteen of the 26 homes back to a wooded area of Doylestown's Central Park. Elliott Building Group built homes in Southern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey beginning about 1994. The company sold its assets and was dissolved circa 2007/2008.
