Wynnewood

Lower Makefield Twp, Bucks County, PA

Wynnewood is a subdivision of almost 300 detached, single family residences built in various sections during the 1980s by C. W. Schrenk (Cambridge Tudor, Farmhouse, Homestead, Huntingdon, Wakefield), The Mason Group (Briarcliff, Devonshire, Essex, Georgetowne, Hampshire, Huntleigh, Oxford, Pembroke, Regency), and others.

Homes to the north of Sutphin Road are commonly referred to as "Old Wynnewood" and those to the south as "New Wynnewood" though, decades after being built, the distinction is less relevant than it may have been in the 1980s.

Original homes included ranch style, capes, split levels, and 2-story colonials.

Access to the Wynnewood neighborhood is from Makefield Road onto Wynnewood Drive; from Sutphin Road onto Milton Drive or Moon Drive.
